General Questions

  • What are your print sizes?

    We stock mostly A4 and A3 sized prints. The A2 and bigger sized prints are made-to-order once payment is made at checkout. For more information about our sizes, please see our Size Guide page.

  • What paper do you use for your prints?

    All our print papers are FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) certified.

    For A4 and A3, the paper used has a decent weight at 250gsm, with a sapphire laser finish. Our bigger formats such as A2 and A1, we use a photo finish style paper at 180gsm.

  • How do you order personalised birth prints?

    It is simple! Follow these steps:

    - Select from one of our pre-designed personalised prints.

    - Enter your little one's details to appear on the print (name is compulsory).

    - Add to cart and make payment.

    - After payment is made, we will send you a print proof to review and to approve within 24 business hours.

    - Upon your final approval, we will print the design (please allow 3-5 working days) and then dispatch with our standard delivery time frame.

    *Please note we do not offer changes to the design, the text colour and style on our pre-designed personalised prints.

    ** All Personalised Prints are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Do you offer frames and mat boards?

    We do not offer frames and mat boards with our prints. You can purchase these at at homeware retailers or picture framer specialists.

  • Can you add text to an existing print design I like?

    Yes! We can add a personalised quote, text, name etc, anything you like on any of our prints for an additional fee to the print price. Please go to our contact us page and let us know what you are after! Custom fee applies.

  • Can you design a new print just for me?

    Yes! We can design any wall art print you like. Whether it is for your nursery or home, you can choose a design from our one of our prints or we can design a new one for you. Please go to our contact us page and let us know what you are after! Design fees apply.

  • What are your clearance prints?

    These are our end of line prints and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Do you offer digital files?

    To protect the artist's illustrations, the art prints are not available in the digital file format except for the following:

    - Personalised Prints

    - Announcement prints

    - Gender reveal prints

Orders, Shipping and Delivery

  • How long will it take to fulfill my order and be dispatched?

    In stock items such as A4 and A3 sized prints, will take 1-2 business days to fulfill. Made-to-order prints such as A2 and bigger, and personalised prints will take approximately 3-5 business days to print before we ship. We will contact you if there are any delays.

  • When will I receive my digital file after purchase?

    If you ordered a personalised print in a digital format, you will receive an image proof from us to approve first to make sure everything is correct to you. Once you approve the image, then a final digital file will be emailed to you in the size you requested.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We use NZ Post for our deliveries.

    Standard economy have approximately 2-3 business day timeframe for non-signature parcels.

    Rural deliveries with non-signature parcels can take up to 10 business days depending on the 3rd party courier used in your rural area.

    In special circumstances such as extreme weather or traffic congestions, delays can occur. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

  • How are the prints packaged?

    Each print is packed into a plastic art bag to protect it from dust and dirt plus a sturdy cardboard insert to keep the print flat. For shipping, we put these into a strong cardboard mailer.

    A1 posters are lined with tissue paper before being inserted into poster tubes.

  • What happens if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

    No worries! We can help with you this. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, send us images of the damage or defect, and we will sort it out for you!

  • Do you deliver to PO box addresses?

    No we are unable to send orders to PO Box addresses as our items are flat packed or tubed. Please supply a deliverable home or business address.

  • Do you deliver to rural addresses?

    Yes we can. There is an additional fee for rural deliveries. Please select this option if your address is rural.

  • Do you offer International Shipping?

    Currently our online store is only open to New Zealand customers and addresses. If you are from outside of New Zealand and wish to make a purchase, please contact us and we will help you out!

Returns and Exchanges

  • What are the non-returnable items?

    • All Personalised Prints are non-returnable and non-refundable as these are made just for you and we cannot resell these. There is an opportunity for you to check the proof and the details/spelling before we commit to printing.
    • All Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Can I exchange a print?

    Personalised Prints and clearance prints are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

    If the print doesn't fall under our non-returnable and non-refundable items, then yes we allow exchanges.

    Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will sort out an exchange. You must return the print undamaged, using the original packaging that it was sent in to minimise any damage. Once we received the returned item, then we will dispatch the exchange to you. Shipping charges may apply to the customer to cover the returns and exchanges.
