Paper Information

  • All our print papers are FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) certified.
  • A4 and A3 sized prints are printed on heavy 250gsm fine art uncoated paper.
  • Bigger formats such as A2 and A1 paper sizes are printed on photo finish, poste-style paper at 180gsm.

Print Quality

  • Smooth, reflection-free matte finish.
  • Produced via a professional CMYK digital press.
  • Exceptionally sharp lines and rich, accurate color.

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping

  • A4 (210 x 294mm) and A3 (294 x 420mm) prints will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. 
  • A2 (420 x 594mm) and A1 (594 x 841 mm) sized prints are made to order and will take 3-5 business days to print, before we dispatch.
  • All personalised prints are made to order and will take 3-5 business days to print, before we dispatch.
  • Once orders are dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery (depending on your local courier; rural deliveries will take longer).

Packaging

A4 and A3 sized prints are packed into a plastic art bag to protect it from dust and dirt plus a sturdy cardboard insert to keep the print flat. For shipping, we put these into a strong cardboard mailer. 

A2 and A1 sized posters are lined with tissue paper before being inserted into poster tubes.

Digital Downloadable Files  

  1. Digital proof: We'll email an image proof within 1–2 business days of payment to verify your custom details.
  2. Digital file final delivery: Once you approve the layout and confirm details, your print-ready digital file will be emailed instantly.

Physical Personalised prints 

  1. Digital Proof: Expect an email proof within 1–2 business days of payment to double-check details.
  2. Printing & Dispatch: After your approval, your print is ordered and processed. Printing takes approximately 3–5 business days before dispatch.
